Milescraft BenchLock

"BenchLock" makes it easy to have the clamping force where you need it most. Create a versatile clamping station on your workbench with tool-free installation.

Assembly of the "BenchLock":

First remove the screw that is screwed into your workbench clamp. Insert the shorter end of the threaded rod from below through the opening in the base plate and turn the shorter threads into the workbench clamp. Base plate and threaded rod are now firmly connected.

Now place the threaded rod in the hole and screw the handle firmly onto the protruding thread from below by hand.

Note: To remove the "BenchLock" proceed in reverse order. The V-groove in the base plate must face the workpiece to be clamped. The base plate together with the clamp can be 360°.

Technical Data

The "BenchLock" can be mounted on any work surface with at least 19mm thickness. It fits into any workbench with 19mm or 20mm bench hook holes.
If you want to drill (additional) holes, use a 20mm drill bit.
The base plate of the "BenchLock" has straight sides so that straight workpieces can be created. The V-groove on the front edge is for non-slip positioning of corners.
