When building a router table yourself, there is nothing more valuable than a set groove in the right place.

Sauter C-profile  

Thanks to the standardised C-profile with 13 mm width, you have the option of combining a wide range of versatile accessories for aluminium profile rails. 

Various lengths

We offer the aluminium profile rails in these different lengths for the individual design of the router table:

  • 350 mm
  • 800 mm
  • 1000 mm
  • 1200 mm
  • 1500 mm

Difference between raw and anodised aluminium

Our sauter aluminium profile rails are available in two versions: raw and anodised. These are the advantages of the anodised aluminium C-profiles compared to the cheaper raw version:

  • Additional surface coating or protective layer
  • Improved gliding properties
  • Protection against corrosion

Profile rails in a set

To ensure that the milled groove and the aluminium profile rail are optimally compatible, we recommend the rails with groove cutter and countersink in a set.
