Laguna Dust Systems

Clean air in smaller and larger workshops.

Wood dust poses not inconsiderable health risks. In addition to extracting power tools directly at the machine with a workshop vacuum cleaner, larger stationary machines should be connected to a chip extraction system and, if possible, the ambient air in the workshop should also be cleaned by a filter system.

Extraction systems and air filters from Laguna

BFlux1 - chip extraction for stationary machines

The BFlux1 extraction system from Laguna is a chip extraction system that is particularly suitable as a central extraction system for sanding machines, circular table saws and band saws in the smaller workshop. It is quiet but very powerful and provides effective filtration (0.2 - 2 micron, 99.97%; vacuum max. 1215 Pa; extraction rate 884 m3/h)..

The robust construction of the extraction unit is mobile on four swivel castors anywhere in the workshop, should you wish to bring the extraction unit to the machine. The BFlux1 is ideal for connecting to single machines, but it can also supply several machines with adapters and Y-pieces. In this application scenario, you should use gate valves to regulate and direct the airflow..

Aflux 12 - ambient air filtration

As a supplement to the extraction system, the use of the Aflux 12 air filter is recommended in larger workshops to remove wood dust and other suspended particles from the ambient air. The filter can be mounted under the ceiling (mounting material is included) and can be operated at three different performance levels (917, 1240 and 2038 m3/h). At the highest level, the air in a workshop of 6 x 6 x 2.5 m is thus cleaned up to 22 times an hour. The output is set by a timer via remote control. The degree of contamination of the filter can be read on a display to ensure the optimal performance of the system.
