sautershop.de offers the following payment methods:

In individual cases, we reserve the right to carry out credit checks via Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co KG. We also reserve the right to cancel the order to a different method of payment. In this case, we will inform you by e-mail as part of our order confirmation.
Do you also accept international orders?
sautershop.de accepts orders from all over the world. For transport costs please refer to our Delivery and Shipping cost table. If the desired delivery country is not indicated, please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Value added tax
All prices include the currently valid German VAT, which is always shown separately on all order confirmations and invoices.
VAT - Deliveries to EU countries - Indication of UID
If a valid sales tax identification number is available, deliveries to EU countries can be made without German sales tax. Please send us your UID number in a separate Email to email@example.com The UID will be checked by the Federal Ministry of Finance. If it is valid, we will exempt the order from VAT. The Order in our online shop is for technical reasons initially recorded with 19% VAT. The VAT of 19% paid by PayPal or credit card will be refunded if the UID is valid immediately. If payment is made in advance, our separately sent order confirmation shall apply.
VAT - Deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU
Deliveries to Switzerland are made without German value added tax. The customs clearance costs are already included in the transport costs.
Can I return an item without any problems?
You can return any product within 14 days of receipt. Data carriers such as DVDs and videos can only be returned with undamaged sealing foil or undamaged seal. For further details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions and the section Right of Withdrawal
How do I get my money back?
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. Please make a brief note of the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will issue a corresponding credit or debit note. Cancellation document, which we will send you by email. What happens if an item is defective?

We ask for your understanding that we can only carry out an exchange or a free repair for you in the event of actual defects.
