Multifunctional stencil for routers

The profiles, which can be moved against each other as required, result in a milling frame that can be used like a milling template. The profiles can be moved freely against each other, so that templates can be used in of any size square or rectangular. Minimum size approx. 20 x 20 mm, max 600 x 600 mm. Every there lying dimension is adjustable. The profiles are plastic-coated Steel profiles, which are firmly connected to each other by means of connecting elements. The connecting elements can be easily fixed and released again with 2 hexagon socket screws.

To prevent the router from tilting, a support block is screwed under the router, which provides level compensation between the milling frame and the workpiece surface. The The router is equipped with a copying sleeve which serves as a stop on the milling frame.

If required, the VARIJIG milling frame system can also be extended with 125 cm long rails. To do this, order 2 x the guide rails type VJS-G-100 (1 pair).
