Circular Table Saws
You will find the following circular table saws in our programme:
The table saw is an almost indispensable woodworking machine. In the carpentry/joinery workshop, in addition to the large circular table saw or sizing saw, you will often find one (or more) small circular table saws that are used for specific jobs or are available for mobile use on the construction site. For private users, the small underfloor pull saw or mobile table saw often takes the place of the large stationary machines, whether for reasons of space or cost.
To be able to work efficiently and safely on a table saw, it should have a certain minimum level of equipment. This includes the rip fence and a cross-cut fence to guide the workpiece safely and accurately. The safety guard and the riving knife serve to ensure safety at work, and for health protection it should be possible to connect an extraction system. In addition to this basic equipment, there are optional accessories that make the work easier. First and foremost are the push blocks and sticks and table extensions.
The underfloor pull saw is the classic table saw for mobile use. A small, handy and light saw that can be quickly stowed in the vehicle and is just as quickly ready for use again on the construction site. It differs from the normal table saw in that the workpiece is not guided through the saw blade, but the saw blade is guided through the workpiece. However, it can also be used in the conventional way by locking the saw blade.
In its more than forty years of construction, the Erika from Mafell has always remained at the cutting edge through constant improvements. It offers comfort and safety features that make it popular with both commercial and private users for mobile and stationary use.
The CS 50 and CS 70 from Festool are characterised by a very low weight for the power offered. The extensive range of accessories for both machines proves to be practical, useful and well thought-out not only for use on the construction site, but also in the workshop.
In contrast to the usual "construction site circular saws", the TKS 80 table saw from Festool is a high-quality and extremely precise saw that can be equipped with all the usual add-ons (fences, worktable extensions, sliding table and more). Particularly noteworthy is the integrated SawStop function, which offers an exceptionally high level of injury protection for the user. With non-conductive materials, it reliably prevents serious injuries caused by accidentally getting your fingers or hand caught in the running saw blade.
The Workcenter TWX from Triton is a multifunctional table that can be used for a variety of woodworking tasks. However, it stands out from other manufacturers' models because there are two modules that transform it into a router table or saw table. The TWX7CS001 circular saw module is equipped with a rip fence, a powerful motor and an integrated dust extraction system and weighs 15.2 kg.
In addition to various push sticks and workpiece sliders, fences and pressure combs in particular serve to guide the workpiece safely on the table saw. We offer an extensive range of accessories for table circular saws, both manufacturer-specific for the table circular saws from our range (Mafell and Festool), as well as for mobile and stationary table circular saws from other manufacturers - right up to clamping devices from RUWI for large panel saws and sliding table saws.
The most important accessory for the circular saw is the saw blade. It is decisive for the cutting quality and also to a considerable extent for the safety at work on the circular saw. We offer a very wide range of saw blades from leading manufacturers (Freud, Trend, Festool, Mafell and others) that meet the demands of commercial users - even as a private user, you should not settle for anything less. You will find special circular saw blades for circular table saws as well as saw blades for other saw types, such as rocker saws, sliding table saws, panel saws and many more in our range.
