Our chrome vanadium long wood twist drills are aimed at the hobby-user and are ideal for producing dimensionally accurate drill holes in softwoods and some European hardwoods. For this purpose they have a centering point, two main cutting edges and two pre-cutters. They can also be used in cordless screwdrivers for drilling softwood. For higher demands we recommend the wood drills HSS-G, series 1594.
