How good are the service lives of AKE SuperSilent® sheets?

This series from AKE are diamond tools. Compared with carbide-tipped saw blades, the service life is many times longer, because when working with wood and Wood-based materials Diamond hardly worn out. The price/performance ratio is enormously economical. 5.000 m Sawing capacity with MDF laminated on both sides without resharpening, for example, speak for itself a clear language (another 4,000 m after first sharpening).

Can the SuperSilent saw blades be resharpened?

The SuperSilent® main saw blade can be re-sharpened once, the scoring saw blade can even be re-sharpened several times.

In order to maintain the special geometry of the cutting teeth even after sharpening and thus ensure a good cut, we recommend re-sharpening by us directly at the Manufacturer itself. The tool is expertly inspected, treated and cleaned.

Are diamond circular saw blades economical?

Universal use with a wide variety of materials from solid wood, wood-based materials, MDF, chipboard to coated board materials and the possibility of longitudinal and transversal use with superSilent® saw blades are the perfect choice. No saw blade change necessary, no loss of time when adjusting the saw, super tool life, etc.

What other advantages do AKE diamond saw blades offer?

High-quality diamond cutting material from industry, new MicroGeo® tooth geometry and Direct-Chip-Guide® technology ensure low cutting pressure, clean chip evacuation and thus a high degree of cutting efficiency optimal result. And at the lowest noise level!
