The following conditions apply: The products are shipped worldwide. Shipping costs (including the legally applicable value-added tax - more information on value-added tax can be found at ).
We calculate the shipping costs based on the shipping weight.
Deliveries within Europe are made via DHL, DPD, or UPS and their local shipping partners. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs to your country. Shipping costs are always calculated as a flat rate per order. Partial or subsequent deliveries are made at no additional cost.
NOTE 1:There is free shipping for orders over 100 euros within Germany for standard package sizes. Excluding bulky goods and freight.
NOTE 2: For orders from abroad, additional fees may be charged by the carrier or customs.
For larger shipments, a freight shipment must be commissioned, for example. DB Schenker. Bulky goods (freight forwarding) are marked as such in the item description. We can also offer express delivery for the next day with UPS Express We offer delivery within the European Union (for orders to third countries, please contact us for more information). Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 pm will be shipped the same day with UPS Express. In most European cities, this results in delivery before 12:00 pm the next day; outside major cities, delivery will be made the following day, except in some rural areas, islands, etc., where a "As soon as possible" service is offered, generally saving 2-3 days compared to regular delivery.
In most cases, when payment is made in advance (credit card, PayPal), the order will be shipped on the same or next day. However, during high order volumes, this may take longer. Orders are always processed in the order they are received. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment usually takes place the day after the money is received.

If you order multiple items in one order that have different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless other arrangements are made. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be the time indicated for the item with the longest delivery time.
