Computer controlled woodworking with a CNC routing machine
The uncomplicated data transmission and connection to the CNC portal and to the routing unit is important for the CNC control. The workpiece is designed in the CAD/CAM software, with SmartBench, the G code can be simply transferred to the CNC machine via WLAN or USB. The rest is done by the driven routing motor and the routing tool used.

Computer-aided woodworking with the SmartBench
Thanks to its large working area of up to 2,500 mm x 1,250 mm, the SmartBench can process panel materials directly without pre-formatting. And it does so with a precision that is in no way inferior to that of large machining centers.
The intuitive control via the 7-inch touchscreen allows you to achieve professional results in no time, even without prior CNC knowledge. And that's without several days of training! The built-in cross-line laser makes it child's play to align the workpieces precisely and set the zero point.
An important feature of the CNC control system is the uncomplicated data transfer and connection to the CNC portal and the milling unit. Once the workpiece has been designed in the CAD/CAM software, the G-code can be easily transferred to the CNC machine via Wi-Fi or USB using the SmartBench. The powered milling motor and the milling tool do the rest.
Upgrade your CNC milling machine
The 1,000-watt Yeti high-performance spindle has a real-time overload indicator. In the event of a possible overload, the CNC milling machine is automatically shut down. The speed control can be controlled digitally. A double-sided guide spindle serves to improve the stability of the Z-axis. The milling machine can be used for extraction systems with a larger volume.
