Perfect edges with fine cutting quality thanks to down- & up-cut geometry.
The counter-rotating grinding of the cutting edges makes it possible to achieve a very clean cutting result, especially with coated panel materials, such as HPL-coated or veneered panels. The spiral (Z 2+2) of this solid carbide flush router bit is ground in such a way that the cut on the upper edge of the workpiece is pulled downwards (pulling cut) and the lower edge is pulled upwards in the opposite direction. The two double ball bearings on the one hand provide a stable support on the workpiece or template and on the other hand they give the router bit additional stability in case of lateral pressure.
