With face routing cutters you can turn your CNC router into a thickness planer. The router bits are especially suitable for hard and soft wood.

In our shop you will find both simple face routing cutters and router bits with interchangeable inserts. The selection of face routing cutters shown here is specially adapted for our SmartBench CNC router, as they have an 8mm shank diameter and a maximum cutter diameter of 30mm.

Face routing cutter for routers

In principle, you can of course also use the cutters shown here in your router. Face routing cutters with larger shank or cutter diameters can be found under router bits:
