Job-Save feature

With Job-Save, our partner YetiTool has created another CNC milestone. Thanks to real-time load control, the SmartBench monitors the current load of the stepper motors and can thus prevent job failures. If an axis is overloaded, the current job can be saved and restarted later from the save point once the problem has been resolved.

Job failures are usually caused by the overloading of an axis or the spindle. The overload itself can be caused by a variety of
user errors:

Unintentional blocking, e.g. incorrectly positioned screws
Poor retaining bars, parts of the material move out of position
Poor extraction
Blunt tool
Poor workpiece fixing
Incorrect routing strategy

All these errors waste time and material unnecessarily. The Precision Pro X CNC router can recognise when an overload occurs and switches itself off automatically.
