If you have chosen credit card as the payment method during the ordering process, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal portal after submitting the order. Once the payment process has been successfully completed, your goods will be shipped as soon as possible. none PayPal account. If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal portal after submitting the order and then guided step by step through the payment process. Once we have received the payment confirmation from PayPal, the order will be prepared for shipping and your goods will be dispatched promptly.
Bill
We reserve the right to conduct credit checks on an individual basis through Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG. We also reserve the right to change the payment method for the order. In this case, we will inform you by email as part of our order confirmation.
Instant bank transfer
99% of all online bank accounts in Germany can use instant bank transfer. You do not need to register for this service, and your login data will not be stored. The transfer works just like any other online bank transfer. Once we receive the payment confirmation from the instant bank transfer, your order will be prepared for shipping and dispatched immediately.
Advance payment (bank transfer in advance)
During the course of a working day, you will receive our order confirmation with all bank details via email and can then easily initiate your transfer. Once the invoice amount has been received by us, we will proceed with the delivery.
If you shop online through the store, all payment methods are available to you. However, for telephone orders, the selection is limited to "advance payment" and "invoice". We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
I can't find my invoice. How can I get another invoice?

Why have I received a payment reminder?
The invoice delivery is automated via email after the goods have been shipped. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If you happen to overlook it, we will kindly remind you of the outstanding payment. However, if you have already made the payment, it is possible that it has not yet been received by us at the time of automatic generation of the payment reminder. If that is the case, you can simply ignore the payment reminder.
