How does the return process work if I have received something wrong?
If you have received the wrong item, please simply write us an email at info@sautershop.de Please contact us for exchange or call us at. Phone You will then receive a return label for the incorrectly delivered item, and we will cover the costs of the return.
How can I make a complaint and what is the process for handling a complaint?
If you have received a defective item, please send us an email immediately at info@sautershop.de with the Subject: "Complaint". Please briefly describe the reason for your complaint in your email to us, and if the defect is visible, please attach relevant photos to the email.
Subsequently, we will send you a return label as soon as possible. It is already prepaid, so there will be no cost for the return for you. Once the defective goods have arrived with us, you will promptly receive a refund of the invoice amount through the payment method you have chosen.
