Upon ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. Once we have processed your order and your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email regarding the shipping status of your order. In this email, you will find a tracking number that you can use to easily track your order through the shipment tracking service of your chosen shipping provider.

Depending on the delivery country, it may happen that the shipment is handed over to the local shipping service provider.

You can of course also have your order sent to a packing station. Simply select the corresponding option in the second step of the ordering process under delivery options, enter the desired packing station and its identification number, and we will send your order to the packing station you have selected.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can simply send us a E-Mail write or call us. We will then change their delivery address directly in the system.
If the goods are already on their way, you can change the delivery address via the website of the respective shipping service provider.
