One of the many highlights of building a router table are the Aluminium profile rails. Aluminium T-slot rails are used for this purpose. Even though these aluminium profile rails are a little bit are more expensive than self-milled slots, they offer a wider range of applications in and on the router table.
If the Aluminium profile rail is first inserted cleanly into the router table top, it is playground for spring clamps, angle stops, sliding blocks, table clamps and much more. With M8 hexagon head screws, both the stop and other accessories can be moved at will on the router table. We provide Aluminium profile rails in different metric lengths: 450 mm, 500 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm.
