Router Setting Gauge

In order to be able to set the exact routing depth for a router, you should have a height fine adjustment on the router. But even then, it is difficult to determine how far the router cutters is protruding from the base plate of the router. You can check the routing depth setting with a trial routing on a waste piece or use one of our Order setting gauges for routers. The set routing depth can be precisely determined with the aid of such a gauge.

In addition to routing in wood, these measuring instruments are also suitable for determining the saw depth on a circular table saw or for checking the hole depth when drilling or routing.
