Dual-Cut cutter

A special type of spiral flush cutter made of solid carbide (VHM) with double ball bearing are the Dual-Cut cutters. The counter-rotating grinding of the cutting edges makes it possible to achieve a very clean cutting result, especially with coated board materials, such as HPL-coated or veneered boards.

The spiral (Z 2+2) of the Dual-Cut flush cutter is ground in such a way that the cut on the upper edge of the workpiece is pulled downwards (pulling cut) and the lower edge is pulled upwards in the opposite direction.
