IGM Dovetail Jig FD 600 - Base Unit

In contrast to the FD300, the FD600 tine routing machine has a working width of 610 mm. Apart from that, it is also true here that it offers a wealth of application possibilities with the various routing templates. The starter set shown here, including basic unit, routing template, copy sleeve and carbide tine cutter, is for routing semi-covered dovetail tines (size 12.7 mm).

The copy sleeve included in the delivery has an outer diameter of 60mm and is mounted to the router through two holes at 50mm intervals. This is done directly on the Base plate on all hand routers from TREND, ELU, Perles, DeWalt and some Metabo models. If the copy ring cannot be mounted directly on the routing machine, an adapter plate must be screwed in between.
