    Diamond circular saw blades

We mainly offer circular saw blades that are tipped with carbide teeth. However, the range of high-quality saw blades is extended to include diamond-tipped saw blades.

CIRCULAR SAW BLADES WITH POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND TIPPING

These saw blades are also and especially suitable for sawing highly abrasive materials. The service life of a diamond circular saw blade when working with such materials is many times that of carbide circular saw blades.

Fibre cement, plasterboard and HPL belong to the group of highly abrasive materials. But even when working on laminate, MDF, HDF and other wood materials, a diamond saw blade does not become blunt nearly as quickly as their carbide-tipped counterparts. Please note that diamond-tipped saw blades can only be resharpened to a limited extent - they are eroded with special equipment.

If you work mainly or only with wood, you should take a look at the AKE SuperSilent saw blades, which are also diamond-tipped. They are also characterised by significantly longer service lives, but are also much quieter than normal circular saw blades and deliver an extremely high cutting quality.
