Tear-free saws for table and hand circular saws

Tear-free cuts in board materials coated on both sides, i.e. cut edges that look the same to the naked eye and on which no tears can be detected, are the wish of many carpenters, joiners and other woodworkers.

FREUD took care of this problem and developed two differently equipped types carbide circular saw blades, which obtain both outstanding cutting results, which one with can be called tear-free in good conscience.

The blades equipped with hollow roof teeth are particularly suitable for stable circular table saws, vertical saws and format saws. The slightly larger chip spaces provide optimum chip removal and the hollow grinding of the tooth face, the second saw tooth, cuts coated wood materials absolutely tear-free. These leaves can be resharpened several times. However, we recommend that you use the special Tooth shape during resharpening.

Steep-tooth-tipped alternating tooth blades are the alternative answer to the question of tear-free cutting edges even on the underside of coated panel materials. Here FREUD offers a very noble, simply sharpenable, but extremely sharp circular saw blade, which obtains outstanding cutting results on table circle or crosscut saws. Double-sided coated Chipboard, MDF, laminate, coated strips, profiles, picture frames, etc. are the materials for which the FREUD steep tooth blade should be used. You will get cut edges that deal with to the naked eye !

All FREUD circular saw blade types are coated with a special silver coating (silver or red), which offers optimal corrosion protection, as well as the sliding characteristics of the blades clearly and thus significantly increases the service life of the blades.

These two types of saws are only available as super silent versions, i.e. optimum noise insulation, very quiet blades.
