Circular saw blades sorted by saw type
When choosing a circular saw blade, the second decisive feature besides the material that is mainly to be processed is the design of the circular saw. Select your circular saw blade according to the type of saw you use.

for HKC 55 K, TSC 55 KThe right circular saw blade for every type of saw.
There are circular saw types that are mostly or exclusively used for certain materials. Think, for example, of the rocker saw (solid wood) or the panel saw (wood-based panels). For such applications, but also for sawing highly abrasive materials, the use of a saw blade designed for this purpose is highly recommended, in some cases even indispensable. Many circular saws, on the other hand, are used for a whole range of materials, some of them very different.
The choice of saw blade by size
When choosing a circular saw blade, it is therefore important to consider not only the application but also the size of the saw blade, which varies not only according to the design of the saw (hand-held circular saw, table saw, mitre saw) but often also from model to model. Buying a saw blade with the wrong diameter, wrong dimension of the centre hole or wrong side holes can make it impossible to clamp the blade and in the worst case even lead to damage to the blade and the circular saw. Before ordering, find out about the appropriate sizes in the operating instructions for your circular saw, and feel free to contact our expert advisors if you have any questions or uncertainties.
You can find more detailed information on choosing the right saw blade in the FAQ section in the Circular saw blade category.
Special feature: thin-cutting saw blades.
A special mention should be made here of thin-cut saw blades. The small cutting width of these blades make them a good choice for battery-powered hand-held circular saws, whose motor power usually does not match that of corded machines. The low cutting pressure during sawing and the resulting lighter running behaviour accommodate this lower power.
