Mitre Boxes

Mitre boxes consist of a base board and two side slats (stringers). In the stringers there are incisions at an angle of 45° in which a saw with fine teeth is guided when cutting a mitre. The mitre box is used especially for slats with a small cross-section. Mitre box cutters are particularly suitable for cutting skirting boards to size during assembly.
