System is suitable for all surfaces and offers the routing for letters/words and numbers in two font sizes (4 and 7 cm). Letters can be placed in any order in the Guide rods are pushed until the desired word is assembled from individual templates. Then rout with a hand router and the corresponding HM bit (2 different types, each with a diameter of 8 mm Shank included) the letter stencils until the complete word is a recess. The guidance of the milling cutter in the templates is ensured with the aid of corresponding copy rings, which are screwed into the base plate supplied. Transparent base plate with patented bayonet lock for the copy rings, suitable for all commercially available hand routers centering pin, as well as copy rings with brass sleeves are included.
Letters are milled horizontally, numbers can be milled with this system in horizontal or vertical arrangement. In the SignPro system 204 letter templates are delivered, where the more frequently used letters are present several times, e.g. "S", "E", "N", etc.
