Aluminum profile rails for more precise and efficient milling

Thanks to the standardized C-profile with a wrench size of 13 mm, you can combine a wide range of versatile accessories for aluminum profile rails. These include, for example, the pressure comb for secure workpiece guidance, miter angle stops, or table clamps for quick fixing. Milling tables with aluminum profile rails open up a whole new world of milling thanks to specialized accessories for better results and increased safety. 

Profile rails in various lengths 

For the individual design of the milling table, we offer aluminum profile rails in these different lengths:

• 350 mm 
• 800 mm 
• 1,000 mm 
• 1,200 mm 
• 1,500 mm 

Difference between raw and anodized aluminum 

Our sauter aluminum profile rails are available in two versions: raw and anodized. Anodized aluminum C-profiles offer the following advantages over the inexpensive raw version:

• Additional surface coating or protective layer 
• Improved sliding properties 
• Protection against corrosion 

Profile rails in a set 

To ensure that the milled groove and the aluminum profile rail are optimally compatible, we recommend the rails with groove cutter and countersink in a set.
