With Shaper Pro Care, you have access to Shaper's Rapid Replace tool exchange to reduce any project delays. If you have a problem with your Origin and our support team cannot resolve the issue, the tool will be immediately exchanged for a like-new replacement. All costs are covered by Shaper. Shaper Pro Care also includes priority telephone support available in English, French and German between 9am - 5pm Central European Time (Monday - Friday).
