Thickness of acrylic glass pane: 5 mm
Ø plastic plugs: 20 and 30 mm
Properties & Advantages
The marking and routing kit consists of an acrylic disc with a 30 mm hole to accommodate a copy ring, two plastic plugs for transferring the template or marking the drill holes, and a marking needle made of carbide to make the marks.
Acrylic disc - Function: Distance between router and steel plate in order to be able to stably route the desired perforated grid with the template in the case of copying sleeves with a greater sleeve height. Tip: It is best to attach the disc to the base plate of the router with a few sections of double-sided adhesive tape.
Plastic plugs - Function: On the one hand, they are used to mark the hole centres with the help of the marking needle and, on the other hand, the routing template can be moved into already milled holes with the help of the plugs in order to be able to produce perforated grids of any size.
Marking needle - With this and a hammer, the holes to be drilled can be punched.
