The complete set allows for sharpening virtually any knife with maximum precision—whether with or against the direction of rotation of the grinding wheel.
Suitable for concave, flat, and convex cutting edges.
The KS-123 angle adjuster allows for quick and precise adjustment of the cutting angle between 8° and 25°.
The KJ-45 centering device ensures consistent grinding angles by automatically centering the blade.
The KJ-140 provides additional stability for long and flexible blades, such as filleting knives.
With the SVM-00 holder, even the smallest knives can be sharpened precisely.
The MB-102 multi-holder enables flat grinding as well as controlled deburring, honing, and polishing.
The CU-8 magnifying glass with 8x magnification helps you check the sharpening results.
All components are neatly and securely stored in the KSK-00 insert inside the sturdy TC-800 Tormek Case.
