Power Feed Units
A feed unit makes work on the router or milling table more precise and safer: The workpiece is fed past the cutter at a constant feed speed and uniform contact pressure. Neither of these is guaranteed with manual feeding. We offer two models for different requirements, one of which is also available in a three-phase version. The units can also be used (for certain jobs) on jointers and circular table saws.

More accurate work results and safer working on the stationary router table.
An incorrect or varying feed rate when routing can lead to errors in the routing pattern (tear-outs, burn marks and more). In addition, there is always a residual risk of injury when the workpiece is fed manually, even when protective devices are used. Both of these risks are virtually eliminated when using a feed unit.
Our feeders are characterised by the stable design of the frame, spring-mounted rollers with good grip and easy positioning of the rollers in all three directions. The work in progress can be stopped with the switch-controlled reverse gear. The smaller model offers stepless speed adjustment, while on the two larger ones the feed is adjusted in four steps from 5 m/min to 11 m/min.
The smaller M3 feed unit is particularly recommended for small routing tables, while the two larger models, AF32Mand AF32Tfeedunits, are also suitable for semi-professional to professional use on medium-sized routing tables or table routing machines.
