Orders

A completed order cannot be changed anymore. However, as long as the order has not been packed yet, it is possible to cancel it and reorder if needed.


To cancel an order in your customer account:

  1. Open your order overview in your customer account.

  2. Select the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click on "Cancel order". You will receive a confirmation via email once the cancellation is successful.



Is the option "Cancel order" not visible?

If the "Cancel Order" option is no longer available, your items are already being prepared for shipping. Some orders are ready for shipping shortly after being placed and therefore cannot be canceled. Cancellation is only possible as long as the "Cancel Item" or "Cancel Order" options are displayed.


What to do when a cancellation is no longer possible:

Unwanted items can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. If your address has changed and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and the purchase amount will be refunded to you.


Was your order canceled unintentionally?

We are very sorry for this. It may happen that an item is already sold out, but still appears as available in the shop. In rare cases, the order will then be automatically canceled by the system. For further questions, we are at your disposal. E-Mail and Phone


How can I place an order?

To shop on Sautershop.de, you need a customer account. If you do not have a customer account yet, you can simply register at the end of the purchase. After you have chosen one or more products, you can add the desired items to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

In the shopping cart, you will find an overview of all items you have saved for your purchase. The total amount will be displayed at the bottom of the page. If all information is correct, click on "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.


What to do if the order was sent to the wrong address?

If you have already placed the order, unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed afterwards. Depending on whether the order can still be canceled, you have different options:

If the option "Cancel order" is still displayed in your customer account, please cancel the order. The purchase amount will be refunded to you immediately, and you can then reorder the items. You can either correct the delivery address when placing the new order or change it in advance in your customer account under "Your addresses".


The order cannot be canceled anymore.

If the option "Cancel order" is no longer displayed in your customer account, your package has already been prepared for shipping. Please do not worry: If your package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days, as with a regular return. To ensure that your items reach you, please place a new order with the correct address. Unfortunately, there is no way to redirect a package to a different address.


How do I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to automatically offset articles against each other, so a direct exchange is not possible. Please check in the online shop if the desired item is still available and reorder it if necessary. Simply return your original order to us. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving your return.
