Spiral Groove Cutters DIA® PERFORMANCE
The cutters have an innovative, friction-avoiding, high-performance diamond coating. and are suitable for use in CNC routers. DIA® PERFORMANCE spiral flute cutters can be used to machine hard and soft woods, minerals, plastics and composites.
Advantages of the diamond cutter:
- service life 4-5 x longer than with VHM
- fast pull-through
- excellent routing results
- low friction coefficient for low working temperature

- Innovative, friction-avoiding, high-performance diamond coating.
- Ideal for use in CNC routing.
- After lapping the grooves and/or cutting edges, a DIA® PERFORMANCE layer (Diamond-like Carbon) of less than 1 micron (0.001 mm) is applied.

- Right-hand twist for clean groove bottom.
