A drill stand allows you to drill vertical holes with great precision. It is suitable for holding a drill or milling motor and is therefore sometimes also referred to as a milling stand.
Wabeco drill stands are available in various sizes, which, in combination with coordinate tables, machine vices, and other accessories, form a sophisticated system. This makes it easy to drill and mill wood, metal, and plastic. The hexagonal steel arm of the drill and milling stand not only enables effortless and highly accurate work perpendicular to the material surface, but also horizontal milling and drilling. The base plate of the drill stand is equipped with T-slots so that workpieces can be clamped directly onto it in various positions.
Workpieces can be clamped and machined at any angle on the rotary table.
The coordinate table 400 enables tool-free and high-precision fixing of workpieces for machining.
The Euro standard mount (43 mm) allows the use of all common drills and milling motors. With a second machine carrier, the drill and milling stand can be expanded into a machining center where various machining steps can be performed without repeated time-consuming adjustments.
