Freud Flush Trim Cutters precisely ground to the ball bearing diameter for exact edge processing and for working with templates.
These flush trim cutters from Freud are also suitable for machining plastics, such as acrylic glass. Thanks to the well-known Freud Perma-Shield® coating, they have a long service life, corrosion protection, signal colour and are easier to clean. The carbide (HM) comes from the in-house development and production in Italy.
The flush trim cutters, which belongs to the group of wood cutters, is used to cleanly mill off protruding edges.
Among the flush trim cutters there are two- or three-edged cutters, as well as cutter attachments with and without ball bearings, whereby the thrust bearing can be mounted on the shaft side or as standard.
