Two ways, one goal - stable furniture joints

There are two ways to make a dovetail connector joint:

  • 1. variant: A keyway is routed into the workpiece with the dovetail cutter and then the already fixed connector pins are inserted. Ideal for filigree work with minimal material thickness (see application video).
  • 2. variant: First, a clean groove is routed into the workpiece. A dovetail rail is then inserted into this, through which the connector pins are later pushed. Suitable for robust connections with maximum stability.

The advantages of the connection at a glance:

  • Invisible connection for a clean design
  • Quick and time-saving assembly
  • Stable connection for resilient furniture
  • Easy to use without special tools
  • Remountable for uncomplicated disassembly
