With the Vario-Master MFT steel template, you can design your own intelligent multifunctional table quickly and easily. Because with it, you simply route or drill your individual MFT worktop yourself according to your wishes.
The Vario-Master MFT perforated grid is based on theVario-Bench system in terms of intelligence and accuracy, with the difference that the worktop is produced by the system itself. In case of wear you can produce a new work surface in no time. And as often as you like: A worktop for eternity!

In 4 steps to your individual multifunctional table
With the steel template Vario-Master MFT, you can produce your own perforated worktop for multifunctional tables in no time at all.
- Step 1: Place the steel template on the future worktop (e.g. MDF or multiplex) and fix it in place.
- Step 2: Using a router and Ø 30 mm copying ring, the desired hole pattern is routed with a Ø 20 mm groove cutter with drill cutting edge (recommended) and the holes for the screw bench dogs are marked.
- Step 3: Drill the holes for the screw bench dogs.
- Step 4: The steel template is placed under the worktop and attached to the underframe or workbench.
Differences Vario-Master MFT and Vario-Bench
The perforated grid for angular and repetitive sawing corresponds to that of the Vario-Bench. A significant difference between the two plates is that the bench dogs of the Vario-Master MFT are screwed into the Vario-Master MFT steel plate without play using M6 threads and are not inserted as with the original Vario-Bench. The threads guarantee lasting precision, as steel threads essentially do not wear out.
The core features of the steel template are:
- MFT worktop is routed or drilled by yourself
- Size of the plate can be freely defined
- Bench dogs have M6 threads
Accessories for the routing template
Once the multifunctional table is finished, the versatile accessories with Ø 20 mm mounting come into play. Whether workbench clamps, bench dogs, toggle clamps orsupport rails, there are no limits to the applications.
