Adjustable digital electronics
The speed can be infinitely adjusted to any application. In addition, the digital electronics of the MAFELL rod routing machines are soft-start, Idle speed reduction, constant speed under load and overload protection.
Concentricity accuracy
Highest concentricity accuracy of < 0.05 mm at a distance of 25 mm (in the cone < 0.01 mm). Responsible for this extraordinary precision is the filigree tuning of all the Components and guarantees perfect results when working at the routing table.
Spindle lock
The spindle can be locked on the routing motor at the push of a button for simple and convenient tool change.
Labyrinth seal
Protects the spindle on the 43 mm clamping neck and bearing permanently against smallest particles, dust and chips.
