Keilverbinder Dovetail Connectors

Two ways, one goal - stable furniture joints
There are two ways to make a dovetail connector joint:
- 1. variant: A keyway is routed into the workpiece with the dovetail cutter and then the already fixed connector pins are inserted. Ideal for filigree work with minimal material thickness (see application video).
- 2. variant: First, a clean groove is routed into the workpiece. A dovetail rail is then inserted into this, through which the connector pins are later pushed. Suitable for robust connections with maximum stability.
The advantages of the connection at a glance:
- Invisible connection for a clean design
- Quick and time-saving assembly
- Stable connection for resilient furniture
- Easy to use without special tools
- Remountable for uncomplicated disassembly
Keilverbinder System - a new type of furniture connection
Architects and furniture designers have known it for a long time: the trend is towards invisible and stable furniture connections. The Keilverbinder Dovetail Connector combines both advantages in one system. The use of this new type of furniture connection is simple: rout the slot - screw on the Keilverbinder Dovetail Connector - slide it on - finished! The fields of application of the invisible wood connection are almost limitless, e.g. when an existing shelf is extended or an additional shelf is inserted. The connector offers a neat solution for every project.
