The diamond router bit is suitable for use in all CNC routers and router tables. It can also be used in handheld routers. Its lifespan is approximately 50 times longer than that of a standard tool with carbide cutting edges. An ideal tool for creating joints, cut-outs, grooves or trimming flush in materials such as chipboard, melamine, laminate, MDF, HPL and veneered particleboards. When selecting cutting conditions, the type of operation and the material to be processed must be considered.
