IGM Spiral Portable Thickness Planer PS33
36 carbide reversible blades mounted in 4 spirals - maximum efficiency, maximum smoothness.
The spiral head planes effortlessly and very cleanly even very hard and exotic woods, the wood crosswise, does not split any knots and the planed surface is much smoother under all conditions than after working with ordinary knives. Carbide knives are many times more durable than classic HSS planing knives and can be rotated 4 times for even longer life, without the need for replacement or long waits for sharpening and setting up in a drum. Thanks to the integrated fan and dust bag, the machine can also be used without suction to efficiently remove chips from the cylinder. Of course, an industrial hoover or an extraction system can also be connected here.

- For maximum working safety, the machine is equipped with rubberised feed rollers that hold and move the workpiece firmly, and steel hooks in front of the roller prevent kickback.
