Features & benefits

  • Silbergleit is a graphite- and solvent-free dry lubricant for wood. It is economical to use and provides long-lasting, stain-free lubrication for woodworking machinery.
  • Silbergleit is applied as a fine lubricating film to protect against corrosion and leaves no residue. It prevents rust caused by perspiration and repels moisture.
  • The dry lubricant is applied with a cloth to machine tables, tool surfaces, milling machines and worktops to create an invisible, wear-resistant lubricating film.
  • Dry lubrication works without causing sticking and prevents contamination on planing machines. At the same time, the wax-free metal lubricant neutralises the resin.
  • Provides a water-repellent work surface that offers effective protection against rust – even rust caused by hand perspiration is now a thing of the past.
  • Ideal for the workshop: all tool surfaces over which a workpiece needs to be moved are treated with this.
  • Suitable for use with, amongst other things, workshop furniture, wooden pull-outs, work surfaces, thickness planers or router tables.
  • Also suitable for Japanese saws, handsaws and other saws.
