Smoothing plane PREMIUM with white beech sole
Precise fine adjustment and 48 mm plane iron in premium quality
The Pinie smoothing plane has a blade with chip breaker and is used for the fine processing of hardwoods. The planing knife lies at an angle of 49° in the planing bed. The plane body is made of solid red beech, the sole of the plane made of tough hornbeam. This is glued on with teeth and thus counteracts warping of the plane. The plane iron is adjusted by a fine adjustment mechanism and fixed with a clamping screw. During development, special attention is paid to the ergonomics of the planes. This ensures low-fatigue work. The plane iron in our pine planes is from the premium range of the Czech manufacturer. It has a hardness of 60 Rockwell.
