Temple Tool Marking Knife
This marking knife combines the form of a traditional pocket knife ("Higonokami") with the precision of a single-bevel marking knife. It's ideal for accurate marking of cut lines, tenons and dovetails.
The blade is made from Aogami No.2 (blue paper steel) and can be sharpened to a very fine edge.
The blade is unfolded using the characteristic spine lever ("chikiri") and held securely by thumb pressure — a simple, proven concept.
