This KIRSCHEN Two Cherries chisel is particularly suitable for soft to medium-hard wood due to the cutting angle of 25°.

Features & benefits
- Forged by hand for an improved material structure .
- Only high-carbon steels are used for the blades.
- Heat-treated in a salt bath for a hardness of approx. 61 Rockwell.
- Hardened over the entire usable length of the blade.
- Polished, groove-free surface for smooth cutting and easy plunging.
- Blade with side bevels to facilitate work close to the edge.
- For a razor-sharp finish, the cutting edge should be honed before first use. Blades should be wiped with an oil cloth after use to prevent corrosion.
- The hornbeam handle is flattened to prevent the tool from rolling off the table. The clamp on the striking knob guarantees long-lasting enjoyment of the tool.
- The wooden handle comes with an oil finish for a pleasant feel (not varnished!).
- For hard woods, we recommend grinding a cutting edge angle of 28 - 30°.
