With the Vario-Master MFT you create your own multifunctional table. Individual, uncomplicated and with absolute precision. The predefined perforated grid of the steel template not only transfers a standard 20 mm diameter hole grid, but reinterprets the Vario-Bench concept and does so with guaranteed precision. The steel plate is at the same time the routing template for your personal perforated grid and the guarantor for angle-precise sawing, following the example of the Vario-Bench.

Features & benefits
- Guaranteed precise - The system bench dogs with M6 thread are screwed through the work surface into the steel template without play. This means that the bench dogs are always guaranteed to be in the correct position.
- Versatile applications - The threads in the steel template allow all kinds of (self-made) stops, clamping elements and much more to be screwed in without play.
- Can be extended as required - In principle, there are no limits to the size of the work surface. The template can be lined up and copied as often as desired.
- Work ergonomically - Thanks to the screw connection, the screw bench dogs do not have to be countered from below. Everything takes place at the top and is easy on the back.
- Functionally separated - The steel template provides the precision below the work surface. It is on the surface that the wear and tear takes place.
- Simple production - The steel template is placed on the future worktop and the desired hole pattern is routed quickly and precisely with the help of a Ø 30 mm copying sleeve (router recommendation here). Alternatively, a Ø 20 mm Forstner bit can be used by punching the holes through the template beforehand.
- For eternity - If the working surface is worn, a new MFT plate can be made quickly, easily and as often as you like.
- Easy to manufacture - Clamp the routing template onto the planned worktop, determine the perforated grid, route the perforated grid with the router, place the routed worktop on the steel template and fix it together to the worktable. Here you can find the quick guide of the instructions.
- Compatible - The Vario-Master MFT remains true to the Vario-Bench concept. The Vario-Bench accessories and their applications also fit on the Vario-Master MFT.
