Woodpeckers MINI slab flattening mill "Rout-N-Plane" XL

From Woodpeckers, for all standard routers.

The Woodpeckers Rout-N-Plane XL Bench Top Board Mills are perfect for tasks that your thickness planer can't handle, such as end-grain cutting boards and glued-up panels wider than your planer. Both models accommodate stock thicknesses ranging from 19mm to 76mm. The original Rout-N-Plane can handle materials up to 610 mm wide with most routers (note that routers with larger bases may have slightly reduced capacity). Simply secure your cutting board to a flat surface, adjust the height of the Rout-N-Plane just above the board, and set your router to a shallow depth of cut. In just minutes, you'll have a perfectly flat board ready for finish sanding."
