Cutter sets for the CNC router
With the router cutter sets you get a solid basic equipment for your projects. In the sets we offer different types of cutters:
- Spiral Groove Cutters: You can cut out contours, clear pockets and create holes.
- Engraving cutters: Not only can realize lettering or engravings, you can also have the CNC create precise chamfers directly.
- Face router cutter: Helps with fast material removal, should your workpiece not yet be perfectly dressed and flat.
- Spherical router cutter: If artistic three-dimensional routing is also part of your repertoire, then these router cutters should not be missing. Thanks to the rounded cutting edge, you can perfectly traverse curved surfaces and thus create precise 3D routing.
For frequent cutters, we have included cutters with indexable inserts in our sets. Instead of changing the whole router cutter right away, you only exchange the blunt blades and are immediately ready to produce new wood chips again.
The cutters are suitable for all wood materials, such as hard and soft wood, multiplex and screen printing plates, as well as for plastics, such as Makrolon and also non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum.
