The MagJig 235 can be integrated into custom-built jigs or used for industrial clamping and positioning tasks.

The magnetic force can be fully turned on or off by rotating the knob.
No power supply, batteries or compressed air required.
The magnet remains largely free of metal shavings and dirt when turned off.
Suitable for flat and round steel surfaces.
The high holding force of up to 98 kg allows use with heavy-duty jigs and demanding applications.
Ideal for jig building, woodworking, welding, metalworking, and industrial clamping tasks.
For integration into custom jigs, a 60-mm bore is sufficient, e.g., created with a Forstner bit. The MagJig is easily inserted and can be additionally secured using the integrated screw holes.
The integrated 3/4" standoff enables flush mounting in various jigs.
The provided mounting holes ensure a secure and durable connection with the jig.
Quick positioning, repositioning, and fixing without clamps or complex clamping systems.
For larger jigs, the use of multiple MagJigs is recommended to ensure optimal holding force and rotational security.
