Magswitch MagJig 95 Magnetic Clamping Module
The Magswitch MagJig 95 is a switchable permanent magnet module for quick and secure attachment of jigs to steel and cast iron surfaces. With a holding force of up to 43 kg, it is particularly suitable for smaller jigs, stops, hold-downs and workshop aids. By simply turning the rotary knob, the magnetic force is fully activated or deactivated, allowing jigs to be quickly positioned and moved.
The MagJig 95 can be integrated into custom-made jigs as well as used within the modular Magswitch workholding system.

- For installation in custom jigs, a 30-mm bore is sufficient, for example, with a Forstner bit. The MagJig is simply inserted and can be additionally secured via the integrated mounting holes.
- The integrated 3/4" standoff allows a flush mounting in many jigs.
- The integrated mounting holes provide secure fixation in custom-made jigs.
- Perfect for woodworking, welding, metalworking, and jig construction.
- Enables quick positioning, repositioning, and clamping without the need for clamps or complex clamping systems.
- Note: Many Magswitch applications require two magnetic modules for secure attachment. Depending on the application, either MagJig 95 or MagJig 150 can be used.
