Beading Cutters
Quarter circles can be routed into wooden edges with beading cutters. In contrast to rounding cutters, beading cutters have a heel in the wood and no flush round edge. Beadingcutter sets are available, consisting of a rounding cutter and a smaller additional ball bearings to be able to change between cutters. All our beading cutters are equipped with carbide cutting edges. They ensure a long service life and a high cutting quality.

Quarter router for rounding off wood
Quarter circles can be milled into wooden edges with quarter rod routing cutters. In contrast to rounding cutters, quarter rod cutters have a heel in the wood and no flush round edge. From a Quarter rod end mills can be made with a larger ball bearing flush with the rounding. Quarter rod and rounding cutter sets are available, consisting of a rounding cutter and a smaller additional ball bearings to be able to change between quarter rod and rounding cutters.
HM-equipped for long service life
All our quarter rod cutters in this category are equipped with carbide cutting edges. They ensure a long service life and a high cutting quality. The cutting edges of the router cuttersshould resin and glue residues are regularly removed with tool cleaner. For this we recommend our special tool bit cleaner T-CLEAN 500.
